About Me
 
 Back in 2017  at the age of 27 I became unwell almost overnight with glandular fever. What then followed was debilitating fatigue, symptoms ranging from vertigo to acid reflux and brain fog so bad sometimes I couldn't answer the simplest of questions such as "What is your name?"
 
I was a teacher of A level psychology at the time and also sang professionally at weddings and restaurants. I was burning the candle at both ends and thought I could override the many signals my body attempted to communicate my limits.
 
Slowly, through understanding my nervous system I began to heal. That journey led me to become an integrative counsellor, and now I support other women and teenagers, from a place of lived experience, deep compassion and a framework to reconnect you to yourself and life again.
 
I know what it’s like to lose your life to exhaustion — and what it takes to rebuild it, you are not alone.
