Sureyya Hester is intended to be the data controller for information submitted directly to this practice. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@sureyyahester.com.
What the preview collects
This preview has no account system, contact form, advertising tracker, first-party analytics package or newsletter form. It does not intentionally set marketing cookies. If you choose an email link, your email provider sends the message outside this website.
Like most hosted websites, the infrastructure provider may process limited technical request data—such as IP address, device information, requested URL and time—to deliver and secure the service. The preview is hosted by Vercel; its handling is described in the Vercel privacy policy.
External services
Booking links open Calendly. Product buttons open the existing sureyyahester.com WooCommerce store for checkout and protected delivery. Social and evidence links open their respective providers. Those services act under their own privacy and cookie terms; the new preview does not receive their checkout, account or browsing data.
Email and counselling enquiries
If you email, information may include your address, message and any details you choose to share. Health information can be sensitive, so please avoid sending more than is needed for an initial enquiry. The final notice must document the practice’s lawful bases, confidentiality boundaries, record system and retention periods before launch.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Some rights have lawful exceptions, including professional record-keeping duties. Contact Sureyya first so the request can be assessed properly.
