A gentle, informal monthly meet-up for people affected by ME/CFS or FND. Parents and carers are welcome too, and no formal diagnosis is required.

Come as you are. The group is intended to offer companionship, understanding and a low-pressure place to connect with others who may recognise parts of the experience.
What to expect
This is a peer-support gathering, not group therapy, a diagnostic service or a medical treatment. You can speak, listen, take a break or leave early. There is no expectation to share personal details.
